Hey guys, i want to get cut for the summer.. i am currently 220 and im prolly about 20% at most BF. Im looking for some kinda simple diets if any of you could throw me some and i can tweak them.
Also on my diets i crave PB or peanuts like crzy is their ne reason y?
I hear that cucumbers are negative cals so could i snack on those if i get hungry?
