sup all. Started new diet this week, low carbs and extremely low sugars, low saturated fats, no hfcs, medium amount of good fats, high protien

goal is to cut fat. 30 years old, coming off cycle onto hcg and clomid.

goal is to do a similair to atkins or just low sugars and low carbs but some fibrous carbs. basically cut fat, get skinny and retain some muscle.

Monday First Day

breakfast
whey isolate shake w/ natty peanutbutter
shake has 0 carbs, 0 fat, 46g protien
skippy all natural peanut butter


next meal
whole skinless chicken breast
salad w/ whole tomato and south beach italian dressing
dressing has like 3 carbs


snack
almonds

next meal
10 eggs, 1 yolk

next meal
whey isolate shake w/ natty peanutbutter
shake has 0 carbs, 0 fat, 46g protien
skippy all natural peanut butter


before bed
2 dannon lite yogurts 60cals per, 11 carbs per


Tuesday

STOP. Don't diet. Please do not diet. If you are just finishing up a cycle then you missed the boat dude. Either go back on or give it a few months at maintenance. Dieting now will probably mostly result in muscle loss - who knows though, you might lose a pound of fat for every pound of muscle you lose. (I'm actually probably exaggerating but it's only to point out that you've chosen the single worst time to be calorie-restricted).

If you decide to go ahead and diet, you'll probably end up in worse shape than before your cycle.
 
i didn't put on much size, i was just maintaining and enjoying the libido, but i was screwing up on cycle and wasn't eating enough anyways so i was adding very little size and burning fat, but it's time to come off. i've been basically on for 16 weeks, and was only off 7 weeks before it. it was third attempted cycle. first cycle was really good. test e and var, i was very nervous so i didn't drink any caffiene or have any alcohol whole cycle. 2nd and 3rd cycles got fucked up because of caffiene, rapid heart palps, and irregular heartbeat. the last month i have determined through quitting caffiene and continuint with the test that it' was the caffiene. anyways. i don't care about the muscle i got. i need to get cut before i think about muscle size anymore. i want to get cut and then stay cut and then run a bulker where ill eat like a madman for 10 weeks and run lotsa juice and get huge and then cut back up quick. im probably 18-20 percent bodyfat. i want to get to 10, if once i get to 10 and stay there, i'll run more juice, i also want to get my balls back and get b/w done to see if i need hrt or not. i have a feeling i do but i can't find out without coming off and doing proper pct. ill be pleased to hear i need hrt cause then i'll be on the nonstop get big plan. but i need to get cut for first time in my life. i have the will and dedication to do it, so hows the diet look?
 
I haven't even looked at the diet and here is why: You lack the necessary hormones to really burn much fat. They just won't be there, and hence they won't be working for you. I mean, you can try this but HONESTLY, it's not going to get you down to 10% and happy about how you look. If your goal is to be pleased with your physique, don't diet now. You are proposing taking like 4 steps backwards. From there, you'll need to bulk again, will gain back fat probably judging from what you are saying, and then you will be where you are now, only older.

I know you don't want to hear it but you got your second wind at a bad time dude. Either go back on and accept the risks there, or let ig go for a few months and focus on keeping what you've got while keeping the fat off. Give it a couple months, then consider trying to take some fat off SLOWLY.

Fuck if you absolutely MUST try this, I say wait a month out of PCT and do BRIEF periods of cutting no longer than 2 weeks. Diet mildly for one-two weeks, eat at maintenance for two weeks. Repeat that process a few times. That is your best bet. Hopefully you can keep other hormones like T3 and GH, etc. at reasonable levels while your test comes back up. If you diet for too long, EVERYTHING will drop and you'll be in a maximally catabolic state. Basically, you're going to have a hard time preventing that for a while.
 
Agreed, I wouldn't attempt a cut here. I'd suggest eating a bit over maintenance for a while and gradually coming downwards over the next 3-4 weeks to get your body re-adjusted
 
alright, im staying on. hehe. just prop. but still hitting some hcg, my balls are peanuts. hows the diet now, i am cutting no matter what, even if i gotta stay on.
 
Ah jeez. lol. I feel responsible now. If that is what you want then good luck with it man - I just didnt' want to see you undo any of your progress.

You could drop the yogurt but everything looks pretty good. What you have to be careful with is your total daily calories and make sure they are right for fat-loss given whatever your maintenance requirements are calorically each day.
