Just after your input and how i could make better also cycling with test at 600mg/wk and mast 300mg/wk
Also i'm doing sports at my college so i'm either doing some type of sport for 1-2hrs Mon/wed/fri (bleep tests, football, basketball etc)
Workout routine is
Monday - Chest Biceps
Tuesday - Back Shoulders
Wednesday - legs + lower back
Thursday - Arms + Shoulders
Friday - Full body (compound movements only)
Saturday - Rest
Repeat
