Critique my diet!! (meal pics)

Here's my average day.

11am
Breakfast:
1lb of otmeal with 1% milk and 7oz of strwebarrys
(2 packets of peaches flavored oatmeal and 3 packets worth of plain otmeal about 1 1/2 cup)

2:30pm
Lunch #1:
Subway foot long tuna with 2 extra scoops of tuna.

6pm
Lunch #2:
Lasagna with a lot a beef and spinach with 3 pieces of french bread.
9oz of Lasagna and 6oz of baked potatoe with feta cheese

9pm Gym
Nitro Tech Protein shake 40g protein 200 cals right after work out.

10pm
9oz of Beef with mushrooms and 5oz of mashed potatoe with feta cheese and 3 pieces of french bread.

Im trying to gain lean mass.
In 5th week of 700mg Primo EW/80mg var ED
My current stats 5'10 218lbs

I work out 5 days a week

chest and bi's
quads and calfs
back and rear delts
shoulders and tri's
hams and calfs

I never really do cardio. Run for 5 min to worm up every time but thats it, I just got a tread mill at home so maybe ill start runnin.
 
Am I eating too many carbs? I cut it down from 4 1/2 bread pieces to 3! its hard cause im use to eating everything with bread as a lil kid, and lots of it. I am tryin to bulk but at the same time stay lean.
 
To me it looks as though your carb intake is very high for someone trying to stay lean. Have you been tracking what proportion of your weight gain is muscle/fat?
 
You might trim down the carbs a bit, but otherwise, not bad. You look good, so keep up the good work!
