I usually just read these forums, but decided since I'm from college that I can actually eat 6 meals a day. I weigh 150, but I'm a true 5'2 or 5'3. I'm prety cut up, but want to add a little size but don't want to full out bulk because of the summer. I can post pictures if it'll help keep a person from just saying "eat tons, it doesnt matter what just eat, you only weigh such and such"
*supplements, multi vitamin/mineral, 1000mg of b12, glutamine(got it for free) and im taking 5g of monohydrate creatine after my workout.
7am 2 servings oatmeal 4 eggs O.J. water
10am P&B sandwich water
1pm Tuna
PWO Protein shake (22g protein, no carbs, 1g fat) 1 serving of Powerade
Dinner w/e mom cooks, usually pretty healthy skin milk/water
b4 bed 2 eggs skin milk/tad of peanut butter
*Im always drinkin tons of water throughout the day, I finish a gallon jug, plus glasses at meals
