deads. high weight, extremely low reps or singles.
pull ups, weighted.
bent over rows (bb or db) or t-bar rows.
shrugs, bb or db.
however, doing heavy shrugs after a punishing back workout my hinder your ability. you may want to throw them in on a separate day. but what youre doing is too much volume. i do the above routine (or variations) once a week, and its plenty. hit it hard.
