I did something really really stupid this morning. I was going to start loading using Creatine, for the next 4 to 7 days. Instead of putting 15 grams of Creatine into my protein shake I put 15 teaspoons (15 tsp X 5 grams = 75grams) of Creatine. Is there anything I should worry about? I am still drinking plenty plenty of water. Should I skip a day of loading or just continue tomorrow with the correct dosage?
