kay people I am finally home i got home late last night and have a ton of shit to do... i will download the pics asap... everything went as well as could have been expected.. and I think I have hit my goal of 12% going have it checked on monday..the 20th.. as soon as I can find the usb cable I will get this pics in here...

no worries.... training has been really on point I have a new training partner.. but the diet has been off... because I did a shoot for fhm yesterday and they dont like the ripped look so I had to tone it down... here are a couple of proofs from the shoot, I really dont like the hair but he was trying to go the whole mortisha thing i am not sure it really worked...

I have yet to find my freakin usb corb.. you know that saying when it rains it pours, it is SOOO true.. I have had a interesting week, to say the least!!!...

diet will be on track soon enough and I will start posting it. I got a diet from beverly and I am going to start somewhat following it..
