I am freakin exhausted!! I got some more exciting news last night after I had already gone to sleep... So after I got off the phone I was so reved up that I could go back to sleep... I probably got about 2-3 hours last night... and I am starting to feel it.. hopefully I will sleep good tonight!!
 
Do all the back exercises before the biceps...you will get a better back workout

I agree with The Shadow. You always want to work a primary muscle group before a secondary. When you work back your biceps are the secondary muscle group being used.
BTW. You look absolutely amazing in those pictures. You should be very proud of what you have accomplished! :)
 
that would explain why I felt so weak during some of the back excerises..

no cardio this morning I WAY over slept but I needed it...

I think my body is fighting me... I will do some mediation today and try to relax

sweating like and exhausted the weight workout like this is a cardio workout more then weight training I think.... but I am starting to get more seperation in the muscles so I guess its working
 
woo hoo all 6 abs were popping out tonight!!!! so excited now if my bloody lower body would just lean out... got my bf done for beverly so I think this will be more accurate.. the boy said I came in at 14%

Congrats on the 6-pack, Courtney. That's a fantasy of mine at this point. If those are minus signs before the numbers for your body fat test points, those are some real significant losses.

Yeah courtney, I've never looked at your pic's, but I need to add you to my SASSY, FRISKY, BUNS, & MISS24 post!!!! You look great. And all that hard work is paying off BIG TIME. Now, those abs will be burned in my mind while i'm workin out, too..... Congrats on whatever it is that's going on!!!
