My girlfriend is going to be getting into a strict diet and workout.. she has a allergy to nuts.. i was wondering what is a good substitute for the usual handful of almonds as a second meal? She is trying to cut up.. stats are 5'6. 129. BF.. 20% or so (?).. after the diet and work out are in tact we are looking at running a small anavar cycle.. 10mg a day i've learned is ideal for women.. can someone link me a good site for women on anavar cuz i don't want to get her on something i know nothing about.. i've ran anavar before but i know its different for women... thanks in advance!!
