The problem is the one guy who I count on believes in using as little gear as possible...the last time I did susepsion I didn't bloat as much as he thought i would and I told him about people such as yourself saying you can use it before the show and he said with me he thinks i can...but I am in inside sales and I sit on my ass 8 hours a day and it is bad enough have a lump on each side let alone 2-3 lumps so i wanted to avoid that if possible. The other people will eb great as far as getting cut but they are natural so they don't know squat about gear other then I am a "cheater" as they joke with me for using it. that is why i love this board...many opinions, lots of variations and everything effects everyone differently. But when eveyone says using d-bol would be dumb...then i side with that voice. Keep the feed back coming bros because I so appreciate all your help.

Wouldn't D-bol be a terrible pre-contest drug? Hold water, get puffy, lose hardness. Am I wrong? Feel free to flame me if what I said was stupid.
 
More contests are lost due to lack of definition than any other reason. If you diet right you should be nice and full, vascular and hard on contest day. Focus on the items that achieve that for you.

22 lbs in 7-8 weeks will cause some catabolization of muscle, but again, I have lost more often to guys that were smaller and more cut than me rather than guys that had more size.

Focus on shredded, winny is the drug that you need for contest prep, IMO. One thing that I have done sucessfully in the past is cut back on training days two weeks before.

calculations are bullshit! you have to rely on how you look not how much weight you have to lose, weight means nothing. imo you are screwed.
 
I agree with jc21 and crmdogg, calculations are nothing more than theoretical blanket statements. I am not saying you can't lose a lot of fat in that time frame, but muscle loss is undeniable when losing weight that fast. Good luck!
