What's it like doing cardio with it? I mean could you bang out a few minutes of the MetCon? or are we talking a brisk walk? So far only thing I've ever tried which actually helps with cardio is that oxygen supp.

I remember trying forged burner and Jesus them things too are super strong lol.

Your leg presses are close to what I do and that's a killer by 2nd set for me lol

I've got plantar fasciitis a nasty condition in my right foot, hurts if I run, walk too much or lift anything heavier than my bodyweight in squats or deads. I could keg press 470-500 before I got the problem. Deadlift was at 180kg and squat at 175kg. So no, 250 isn't much for me :) I'm nearly twice your weight bro, 105kg I was 117kg at christmas! :evil:

As for doing cardio on N2Slin and N2Burn. I never tried it bro was afraid that my heart would blast out of my chest and go into high orbit around Saturn.

Just do one of each your first time cuz your so nice and pure and all that rot...:lil k::lil k::lil k:Sweet, clean and pure.
