Colstreamer's 2012 transformation contest log

That was a nice workout bro. Dam Englins system of weights and measures tho..........CONVERT!!LOL

Duly converted...

Although if you wanna get technical,

The system of imperial units or the imperial system (also known as British Imperial) is the system of units first defined in the British Weights and Measures Act of 1824, which was later refined and reduced. The system came into official use across the British Empire. By the late 20th century, most nations of the former empire had officially adopted the metric system as their main system of measurement, although as of 2011 the United Kingdom had only partially adopted it.

The US customary system is historically derived from the English units which were in use at the time of settlement. Because the United States was already independent at the time, these units were unaffected by the introduction of the imperial system. Units of length and area are mostly shared between the imperial and US systems, albeit being partially and temporarily defined differently. Capacity measures differ the most due to the introduction of the imperial gallon and the unification of wet and dry measures. An imperial gallon is 4.55 litres while a US gallon is 3.79 litres (liquid) or 4.4 litres (dry).

Back day.

Pull ups
5x5 @ BW

Barbell row
1x5 @ 45kg (99lbs)
1x5 @ 65kg (142lbs)
1x6 @ 65kg
1x8 @ 75kg (165lbs)
1x7 @ 80kg (176lbs)

Yates row
1x8 @ 70kg (154lbs)
1x8 @ 75kg (165lbs)
3x8 @ 80kg (176lbs)

Pull ups felt easier, could be cos I'm lighter or could be the N2KTS I took before my WO.

Bro did you read my essay? (I got an A+) you guys are using an old English system with some very slight variations, the rest of the world uses metric! It's easier because it's decimalised! We actually use both over here but I prefer metric, multiples of 10 make sense, multiples of 12,14,16... just unnecessarily confuse the matter. Our currency was only decimalised in 1971, prior to that it was multiples of 12.

Oh and I've bought a quarter pounder from McDonald's in France....
