1x10 @ 70kg (153lbs)
1x10 @ 75kg (164lbs)
1x10 @ 80kg (175lbs)
1x10 @ 85kg (186lbs)
Incline bench
1x10 @ 60kg (132lbs)
1x9 @ 70kg (153lbs)
1x7 @ 75kg (164lbs)
1x7 @ 75kg
1x7 @ 75kg last rep forced.
Fly presses
1x10 press 1x10 fly @ 17.5kg (38.5lbs) 1x10 press @ 15kg (33lbs) 1x10 fly @ 10kg (22lbs) - set 1
Had to reduce weight halfway through!
