When following a CKD or Keto (low carb) cutting diet would taking in postworkout dextrose kill the diet completely or could you still lose fat while still maintaining muscle... would it still be okay for cutting or would it actually make losing fat (without losing muscle) more difficult, even if you were under your daily calorie needs??
