CKD, another newb question...

i've been reading about the CKD they say the point of it is because you can't lift with the same intensity/same # of reps in each set in ketosis as you would if you were carbed up. correct? can one not just do bi-daily lifts on a keto cycle? say do your leg workout in the morning then go back again in the evening and do another 5-6 sets of squats, just to make sure you got a solid lift in then go home?

just another newb question - thanks to anyone that can answer that.

Lower cals and carbs will make it MORE difficult to match your output from workout to workout. Going back and "doing 5-6 more sets" int he evening after having worked the same muscles is a poor, poor idea. Just do the workout like Lyle lays it out for you.
