i've been reading about the CKD they say the point of it is because you can't lift with the same intensity/same # of reps in each set in ketosis as you would if you were carbed up. correct? can one not just do bi-daily lifts on a keto cycle? say do your leg workout in the morning then go back again in the evening and do another 5-6 sets of squats, just to make sure you got a solid lift in then go home?
