my new workout routine looks like this...
monday - chest, tris, 20 min cardio
wed - back, bis, 20 min cardio
fri - shoulders, 20 min caridio

anyways, today (tuesday b/c the gym was closed monday) i did chest and tris and it looked like this...

3 sets incline press
3 sets of bench press machine
3 sets of decline flyes
3 sets of cable crossovers

3 sets of skullcrushers
3 sets of overhead db extensions

how does that look to u guys. did i do enough for my tris...i figure yes b/c i've worked them alot w/ the chest exercises. this isn't too much for chest is it...i'm not on any gear or anything and i only work it once a week....give me some opinions...my back and bis day will look similar to this format.

Sorry for not sticking to the subject but I have to agree with ImNotDutch.. You forgot leg-day.
I use to have tri´s and chest on the same day but I´ve split them up. I can train my tri´s more intense that way.

Make sure to add legs or you´ll look like a freak in a couple of years:freak:

I agree. Add shoulders to your chest or back day and add a leg day.

Ass for your chest/tris routine, you should be doing three intense excercises instead of four "kinda hard" ones. Keep your two basic press excercises, flat bench and incline, and stick to one fly/crossover excercise. Tri routine looks good to me.

Keep your split the way it is with an extra day for legs... So go to the gym 4x/week rather than 3. Adding legs to one of your existing days would be too much for one workout. I’m sure you're working out to get the classic beach body, which is fine. BUT… you will get there much sooner by training legs.

Add in some two bench weighted dips in order to really trash the tri's. As everyone else said, you need a grueling leg/shoulder workout in your week.
