hey guys! happy new year ...what about HIIIT cardio and low carbs? should i eat moderate fat and cycle my carbs or always eat low fat and high protein....im 125 pounds and i nneed help..;p; for 6 pack cause of my genetics,,,anyone else believe that genetics can stop you from getting a 6 pack if you tried anything? i am a hard worker in the gym and tries everything but i cant get shredded..my tummy is flat but not ripped lol...i hate seeing people that dont lift a finger and eat nething they want and they have a 6 pack..its not fair lol
any suggestions thanks...

I also saw your other post regarding diet -- its very hard to judge anything without a specific diet and also some stats. HIIT training and clean diet will get you good results, but for many people, getting a 6-pack requires getting down to extremely lean bodyfat levels, e.g. competition level. For some it is truly genetics, and much easier for men than for women because of the ol' estrogen factor. Can you give us some more info - do you know your bodyfat? What is your height? What is your diet - cal, protein, carb, fat amounts? IF your calories are too low, your body will be holding on to some fat because it thinks it is starving and wants to hold onto its remaining fat. Another factor could be if you are on any birth control pills that won't allow you to lean out enough.

hey this is my meals
meal1
6 egg whites
1/2cup of oatmeal with some berries or protein powder

meal2
chicken with brocolii---oatmeal on moderate carb day

meal 3
postworkout--sugar n whey 30grams of each

meal4
chicken or tuna with flax

meal 5
lowcarb MRPwith nuts like almonnds--5 carbs

meal 6
cottage cheese with nuts like almonnds

My personal opinion is to use protein to add to the calories rather than fat. Most who add fat either stay fat or add fat. Fat is fat.
