Basically all im eating is chicken. I cook it on low heat in grape seed oil so it simmers in it not frys. I throw in some shaved almonds and eat this at least 4 or 5 meals out of 6-8 meals a day.
Im trying to avoid carbs and keep the fats there but not overdo it. Trying to drop BF% or at least not gain more.
Depending on timing I may have a small whey shake pre workout if its been 2 hours since the last meal right before the gym.
Post w/o is obviously a shake. I'm adding BCAA and glycomaize to my PWO shake now.
Complex carbs are basically oats only. I have 1 cup for breakfast. 1 cup in my first PWO meal.(which is usually 9-10pm)
I have started taking a small gatorade with 2 scoops of bcaa in it to sip on during work outs because my blood sugar drops mid workout on real heavy days.
I'm thinking one more cup of oats during the day would really help but i dunno if its overdoing it carb wise?
Also being that my PWO meal is usually late is the cup of oats then a problem? Obviously i need the carbs PWO.
Im 225, apx 17-18%. trying to get down to 10% slowly from now til august. I say 17-18% cause im fairly lean but am holding some side pec fat along with a little bottom belly fat. top 4 abs are visible in the a.m. If I erased these two spots right now I'd be an easy 14%.
BTW, almond milk only, no dairy milk.
