I question my friend asked.
So i'm completely converting how I eat and I am aiming to lose 10-15 pounds.I weigh 107-110 right now, and before you call me anorexic know I am extremely short(I'm not telling you how short it's embarrassing) So 110 looks like a lot on me.I used to count calories but I now realize that's really not the way to go and I never lost anything.I went "health food" shopping. I picked up granola bars,the healthy kind like nature vally and kashi,for snacks.I got watermelon and strawberries.I only have carrots in the way of vegetables.I got plain oatmeal with flax,salmon,this smoothie kind of thing with antioxidants,it's like Naked but a different brand.I also bought eggs, whole grain bread and this flavored green tea(it's the healthy kind).I also plan on drinking more water.Now I have the food but I don't know what to eat and when to eat it.Could someone help me pick out a regimen to help me lose weight quickly?How much exercising should I do?Also my mom tends to leave little chocolates like kisses around the house and some times ill have a couple though out the day...is that really bad?Will it get it the way?Thanks so much!
