I've been doing the Zone thing for a few weeks (works aight for me) but I'm wondering if my cals are to low?
I'm 5"11' 225 and I've been eating 14 "Zone Blocks" a day which comes out to about 1274 calories a day. I'm eating 42 grams of Fat (378 cals), 98 Grams of protein (392 cals) and 126 grams of carbs (504 caks).
Not to mention I try to do 2 20 minute HIIT sessions a day (Punching a punching bag) which is burning right around 215 cals per session.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions of anything I need or should try to change?
