i thought i would just give u guys my sample meal plan that is about 6000 calories.....

Morning: 4 cups milk
2 scoops ON serious mass
2.5 tbsp flaxseed

Calories: 1,900 (!)

Pre W/O: Gatorade (just to have carbs in me because im still full from the morning shake haha)

Calories: 125

Post W/O: 2 pieces whole wheat bread
Protein bar
Banana
Gatorade

Calories: 715

Brunch: 1/2 bag of Salted Peanuts

Calories: 415

Afternoon: 3 Scoops Big Blast Super Plasma Protein Mix
2 cups milk
2 servings carrots

Calories: 780

Dinner: Broccoli
Beef Tri-tip Pot roast (some company named Hormell)
Mashed Potatoes
2 cups milk

Calories: 1,070

Late Night: 4 pieces whole grain white bread
Broccoli (10 stems)
Other 1/2 bag peanuts
V8 100% juice drink

Calories: 985

Thats 5,990 Calories along with animal pak vitamins, milk thistle, cranberry extract, flax seed, UNLEASHED, VIGOR, DEFINITION, and some formadrol extreme im taking just because i got it for free, how would u say this diet is??? i know this isnt probably in the right forum but so many people are asking what steroid gives the most mass, and my answer is CLEAN FOOD, but a LOT of it!!!

***The only thing that kinda gets me is how many shakes i take, but im in school taking 21 units and working 32 hours a week, so i dont have time to do anything else. And i dont know how to cook haha :Chef: :jenscat ... And yes breakfast sometimes is a HUGE bowl of cereal or eggs with sausage bread milk and potatoes, but this is the most convenient for me.. :)
 
It's definitely a great mass plan. I think you did really good job planning it. Are you going to eat the same thing everyday or alternate stuff? I know I can't eat the same thing everyday cuz I get sick of it. Also I'd like to say make sure you aren't taking a ton of pills with your diet to. It can have adverse effects on your liver. If you've ever seen the show 30 days when the guy goes on the hrt program even his trainer tells him the reason his liver on the test they did wasn't looking too good was because of all the excess pills he was taking. (Guy had like 50 pills a day of supplements or something like that)
 
thx trend again ur always quick to reply....wait about the pills....i probably take around 30 a day but its formadrol extreme (2), DEFINITION (6), VIGOR (4), UNLEASHED (6), ANIMAL PAK (22 LOL), AND SOME NO PREWORKOUT (2). Thats 42 a day (20 without the animal pak since those are real vitamins ya know...) do u think this is a problem???
 
oh and no like i said ill switch the breakfast around if i get up in time haha, or if im out ill go to dinner with friends or my gf but ill always order meat with lots of others like potatoes, rice, veggies, milk just for the extra protein and calories, but yea i switch it up definetly...i just wonder if i did that everyday for 16 weeks with

week 1-12 = test e 500mg EW
wek 1-15 = EQ 600mg EW
week 1-4 = dbol 50mg ED
week 16-20 = clomid 50mg ED
week 17-20 = derma sus 5 pumps ED
weeks 16-20 = nolva 20mg ED

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH
 
oh well yea of course 250iu 2x a week every monday and thursday probably from week 3 to week 15 haha...i was just saying that the gains would be incredible.....with all that food and all those schedule III drugs :)
 
It's an excellent mass diet, but I'd include some more chicken / pasta for variation
 
no eggs, no chicken, no oatmeal, no fish, fuck all vegies and fruit... doesnt sound to good to me.. whole foods are what you want. anyone can take in 6000 cals a day using shakes..
 
Very detailed and commited but I'd make a few changes.

More oil. The more the better.

Definitely add more chicken, fish and especially eggs.

You don't need the DEFINITION right now. Let the water build up and save it for when you want to lean out. None of the pills will hurt you or tax the liver.

Go with DX7 instead of Animal Pak.

Peanuts are an incomplete protein -- fine for throughout the day dfoe extra calories but at night, I'd add some other protein source -- some milk and some aminos would be fine. Or another shake.
