I'm with you chickie!! Calves are my least favorite to work...no matter how hard I push them or how little I push them...THEY JUST WON'T GROW!! I always have bad visions of huge muscualar quads sitting on top of chicken legs!!!!

I just would like definition in my calves I am frustrated that they always appear big and round, even when I played soccer my entire life with unbelievable quads, the calves never had any definition...
