7:15 P.M. - 15 Min warm up, HIIT on Arc Trainer, 9 cycles
LEGS - lbs/reps
Lunges - had to decrease weight to rid of the pulling in the left ham, not fun

Stiff Deads - 6 TUT - 45/15 45/12 45/8 45/6 - these felt great , Used Vel's suggestion to stand on step and lower weight past feet
Step Ups - 15/20 15/20 20/15
Butt Blaster - 20/20 20/20 20/20 30/20
Standing Calf Raise - 15/15/15/16 using Step, one leg at a time - Didn't even need DB my own body weight was hard enough :(
9:00 P.M. - Meal # 5 -Protein shake
1 scoop of ISOPURE
1 teaspoon creatine
1 teaspoon glutamine powder

Standing Calf Raise - 15/15/15/16 using Step, one leg at a time - Didn't even need DB my own body weight was hard enough :(

I'm with you chickie!! Calves are my least favorite to work...no matter how hard I push them or how little I push them...THEY JUST WON'T GROW!! I always have bad visions of huge muscualar quads sitting on top of chicken legs!!!!

I just would like definition in my calves :( I am frustrated that they always appear big and round, even when I played soccer my entire life with unbelievable quads, the calves never had any definition...
