Damn bunny nice progress once again!! Lookin good. I really started to realized how detailed this whole journal has been and how u dont overlook much. Amazing. Great work, I bet 80% of the women have your thread subscribed, and i bet 90% of the men do too, (well what can you expect? did you see how hot you looked in them pics? lol)

Just stopping in Buns... I drove by a house yesterday (in ghettoville) and had to bust up laughing thinking of you. No I didn't see the R&R tracks but outside this one house they had this wierd sign of two bunnies and it said something like Bunny crossing or something. To funny!

The last time I had a Tequilla Sunrise was my 21st birthday. That was enough of those to last me a lifetime - haven't had one since.

Good Progress. Do you find that w/ the leg extensions the hold is neccessary? I dont hold it long, maybe 1 sec, but now i will start holding for a couple.

Well, you can use the term 'burnouts' if you want... I want them to friggin SIZZLE :redhot: ...

I had some major reshaping going on last summer & I was introduced to the B.O. idea from a previous training partner... I use to do alternating Single Leg-Leg extensions 10 reps each leg then 5 burnout reps holding for 5 seconds ... Yeow! those were killer... same with hammies as well for Leg curl :)

Round II is tonight ... wish me luck, I'm tyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyred today :baby2:

I was gonna ask this question in a different thread BUT i figure I'd get a faster better answer from you :)

-Im considering ordering trex soon... possibly after i TALK to my doctor about it first ( i have health issues :worried: ) I already got the ok on the CB so i got that a long time ago. I want to get trex b.c ive been reading SOOO many good things about it. I just wanted to know what are some of the negative things you've personally experienced with it(i've read about the stomach problems...anything other than that?). Also, what is the latest time of day it can be taken? My schedule is different from day to day so I might have to take it at diff. times through the day.

--is there anything better the AF store offers??? After the show, I just want to maintain and continue to burn fat/cut but I will do a different breakdown on macros. (40/30/30- plus a variety of food...contest prep is way to strict)

As far as powerful fat burner? No, T-Rex is the best.

I saved this post of mine & will KINDLY report for you, since it addresses some questions you're asking...

"The T-Rex is Very strong. The combo of yohimbine hcl and synephrine is known to cause Nausea / Queasiness, so it is recommnded that you NOT take the dose on an empty stomach (i.e. the fiber banana has help prevent this) esp. if it's your 1st time.

Start with One Cap and see how you feel. You can do One cap 2 X a day & go from there. BUT NOT after 4 pm (some say 3pm). You may be unable to sleep if you take it later in the day.

There were times I was :sick: in the parking lot before my w/o and 20 minutes later I was pumped ... EveryBODY is different so try it out and see how it works for you :)"

Now, T-Rex speeds up fat loss while you use it. When you stop using it your body returns to the same state it was in when you started. So it doesn't make it any harder to lose fat when you stop than it was before you started.

The make up of CB & T-REX is VERY VERY similar ... other than the yohimbine hcl and synephrine (NOT IN CB), T-Rex has other ingredients for 'focus' & 'clarity' ...

I have health issues too :) I would call anafit or PM Ulter & specifically tell him what the issue is & whether there are any sides, etc. that may affect YOUR specific issue ... or you can PM me & I will be happy to discuss things with you in more detail :rose:

"The T-Rex is Very strong. The combo of yohimbine hcl and synephrine is known to cause Nausea / Queasiness, so it is recommnded that you NOT take the dose on an empty stomach (i.e. the fiber banana has help prevent this) esp. if it's your 1st time.

I'm still 16+ weeks out from my show. Do you think it would be a bad time to start T-Rex or should I wait until my dieting down stalls out. Also, do you think that taking CB in the morning now would be a bad idea?

Hell nah girl, that is what it is here for & I'll read it right away .. ask away :)

I have no experience with running comp prep for a show, BUT I've done similar things to meet my goals at the time (photos etc).

I do not see a problem in adding either of these NOW ... IMHO, T-Rex is probably the best fat burner out there right now, CB close second and it's 'not as potent" counterpart. If your dieting stalls out, I would employ a carb rotation (i.e. See Sassy) ... & tweak the diet as needed.

SO, to answer your question, No, I do not feel it would be bad to start now. You can ALWAYS cycle the stims (T-Rex and / or CB) 2 weeks on 2 off etc

FBC - if your trainer is on the ball, he/she should be aware of carb cycling and should have a plan to incorporate it somehwere in your schedule. It is by far one of the most effective tools for me to get down. Its about the only way I know of allowing you to cut bodyfat while having enough energy to train reasonably.

I was just having this conversation - in the gym - in front of one of those "Oooo, Oooooo it's almost spring, I gotta' magically lose 10 lbs" people the other day. Felt good to let one of them know just how WE feel about them coming in and clogging the place up. Probably kinda' mean....but hey, if you're in it for a quick fix, I don't have time to wait on ya'!

LOL yes you sure do.. I love re-reading & re-living those moments ALL over again ... I'm in such a different place physically right now ... semi mentally & emotionally as well .. I'm still a goof , a LITTLE thicker skin (need work there) & more at ease with being myself ... Confuses the heck outta people, I love it :rose:

Well, it's Saturday :) I really do not like sleeping in b/c I feel like the day is wasted sometimes, but my body needed it's rest, today in the day I have to obey. I WILL be going to the gym later though ... depending on how crowed it is, I may just do Cardio & abs, or get in the planned Chest/Back again ... (then forearms PM) ... we'll see.

Hottub last night, felt GREAT BUT, my calves are shot, I FEEL them that's for sure ... need to stretch those babies OUT.

Last weekend was GREAT ... I hit the gym, came home knowing I had NO FOOD (as always, go through it so fast, even after $250 grocery tab) & found that Mr. B bought me Chicken for the week! Didn't get me veggies, but hey I'LL take it!!! :) and now... it's all gone, as I eat up the last 5 oz right now ... :chomp:

Plus he bought regular baked potatoes ... I'm all about the sweet 'tatos deesdayz :)


Although I do enjoy cooking & food prep, I still wish I had my own personal chef... taking applications...

Aww man, I use ta LOVE mac n' cheese when I was a little bunny :) My mom would cut up the hotdogs & toss them in, with extra cheese, sliced up Velvetta (sp?) ... It's cute that she tired to appease me & my new lifestyle by making sure I can eat what she cooks, or make sure it's my 'Cheat Meal' when I go out to dinn dinn with her and my pops :)

I :heart: them :) even though they do NOT get it or understand ... :)

Mmmmmm Velvetta, you know they sell boxes with velvetta and macaroni in them now. We used to eat it all the time, we look at the back of the boxes now and laugh and wonder why we gained weight :) A half a cup of hamburger helper is 450 calories, I used to eat a whole box!!!

My mom has actually come around and done the same! She is always asking if what she will cook will be alright. :heart:

That is great! I remember you saying there was some resistance from fam... right??? :) Progress is always good :)

I just got back from the gym and have noticed over the last few weeks, an increased # of people saying hi, waving, starting conversation, etc ... it's like one of those respectful recognitions "i noticed you live here... are you training for something..." kinda things :) (new gym, so this was bound to happen) ... I love the old man at the front desk treats me like we're old friends... makes me smile ... has my locker ready, calls me by name ... he's a good bro :lmao: (I feel so goofy saying that) .... But I guess I'm that one you either wanna say hi to b/c you feed off my energy, or the one you wanna just smack the smile off my face... I can live with that....
