I had 3 cups of broccoli, but that's no excuse... thank you for reminding me of the proper dosage

Ohoh! After a while I look at my counter top & wonder just how much I spent on supps... And r-ala is such a common part of the day, I hoard what I have ;)

10:45 A.M. - HIIT Cardio, Arc Trainer, 15 minute warmup, 45 seconds, Full Incline(10, res. 60-63), 75 seconds of rest (5 Incline res.30-35), 8 cycles
ABS -
INCLINE SIT UPS - 3 SETS of 12 reps 6 TUT
HYPER EXTENSIONS - 3 SETS of 12 reps, 5 TUT
HANGING LEG RAISES - The contraption I do these on is being repadded and my elbows were on fire. SO I did superset alternating leg scissors and butt-ups (if that's what they're called) 30 sec each, 3 continuous sets
11:40 A.M. - 1 Glucorell-R 1 T-Rex
11:45 A.M. - Meal # 1:
Protein shake
1 scoop ISOPURE
1 teaspoon creatine
1 teaspoon glutamine powder

2:00 P.M. – 2 Levorex, 1 Glucorell-R
2:45 P.M. – Meal # 2:
*Romaine Bag-o-salad - Ran out of spinach
Fat free ranch
Tyson roasted chicken breast, diced
less than 1/4 cup of Sharp Cheedar
8 Triscuits crackers
240 ml water
Caffeine Free Diet pepsi

***My normal m2 is Almonds, but I figured I should eat something I find to be a little more filling since I am going out to dinner at 6:30. (Cheat WINE _ YUMMY)

I'm going to Wildfire, my with friend for his birthday. I LOVE the food.

I might get the Bleu Cheese Crusted Steak, potatoes Au gratin, side broc, some form of salad as app.

Or the Teriyaki Chicken...good Cab for sure to savor the flavor :chomp:
