Thanks Jens! Im a BIG cheater eh? LOL

BTW, I am so friggin cold I just put a scarf and my beanie on LOL

I've been like this past couple of days...its nicer outside

I think Ill go back to tthe gym and just sit in the hottub then steam room :cold: :cold:

Naaaah, you should see me sometimes....

mmmmmmm, steam room -- I may walk up to the gym on Monday, do legs & sit in the sauna..... Where are you again?? Chicago??

ChiTown Burbs - I was going to walk earlier and thought of you

Not sure I would have been able to walk home after HIIT LOL

8:20 P.M. - 3 Glucorell-R
9:45 P.M. Meal #3
Caesar Salad
Chicken Vesuvio
Broccoli
3 glasses STELLAR Cab
2 Kettle Rocks

1 teaspoon creatine
1 teaspoon glutamine powder

2:20 P.M. - 1 Glucorell-R, 2 Levorex Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi

500 ml water

- 6 oz lean chicken cooked in xtra v.oliveoil
- small baked potato, sprinkle Sharp Cheddar
- 1 Cup green peas - all I had that was green
- 72 oz water
8:30 P.M. – Almonds, then :sleep2:
