Blueberries and Strawberries

I freeze large amounts of blueberries and strawberries and I alternate which goes into my morning shake. Since it's getting close to summer, I want to limit as many carbs as possible, but I am not ready to give up the nutritional benefits of these berries. Weighing the carbs versus the nutritional/antioxidant benefit, which of these would be best to cut out - blue or straw?

Keep both , both are good sources of fiber, anti oxs, and really the amount of fruitose is minimal.

In the scheme of things not a big deal.-valerie

blueberries are far healthier than strawberries

Probably contain more anti-oxidants than any other fruit or vegetables.
and they contain powerful phytochemicals: anthocyanins

if you want to negate the negative impact of the carbs - take them postworkout. Stick to complex carbs in the morning...

just a thought :alien:
