Big Ckd Problem Need Help

this is day 17 on my ckd, started at 219, i am now 200 im about 6'3 around 12% id say

i was taking creatine for about 4 weeks before i started and 1 week into, then i stopped. I have recently noticed a small decrease in my size, i dont feel or look as big as i do, and the fat loss has seemed to almost stop. Would the fact that i stopped taking the creatine contribute to that feelingof losing some muscle mass, or should i stop this diet now before i lose any more muscle??? I am just trying to lose that little bit of chest, ab, and back fat maybe 10 pounds,

edit: changed subject line, i drink a gallon of water, take in 2 protein shakes a day 20g pro/5g carbs and 25g pro/1g carbs the one tastes really bad so i use the other one once a day, i eat 4 meals a day @ 2,4,6,8 . Little under 1900 cal a day, enuf protein, less then 10 carbs a day. i wake up at 9 take my eca and multi, shower put the yohimburn on, start working out by 10 30, start my cardio, usually HIIT @ 12 for an hour come back 20g pro shake @ 1 25g @ 7. What is going on here i dont feel like anything is happening, i have gained some str but thats my normal progression. I really need some help here.

edit edit: dam forgot to mention i dont go to bed till around 1 and im usually up and doing things between 8 and 12 so im not sitting on my ass...

the lack of carbs in your diet give you the flat look.

She's right. You'll be fine after you come off the diet. I ran my CKD for 11wks and didnt see any LBM loss. Just keep the heavy lifting up the first 2 or 3 days after your carb up and that should help keep your LBM. Plus Ketones are supposed to be muscle sparing.

The fullness came back completely for me after about a week or 2 of SLOWLY adding back carbs.
Best of luck!

Do you never cycle carbs in? If you're athletic, you should be cycling in carbs at least one day/week to replenish muscle and liver glycogen.

ye 1 day a week i carb up, i think im just going to go off of it and work up to a moderate carb diet now. Itll be slow but at least i can eat somewhat normal.

Try breaking it up into at least 6 meals a day. If you are using a protien shake that has 20 grams of whey and 5 grams of hi gi carbs with no added fat in it, it may be kicking you out of ketosis. Also, you are taking in 45 grams of carbs in shake form, and said you are getting enough protein, so I assume you are taking in additional protien, so you might be as high as 200 grams, if that is the case you are taking in 200 grams of protein (800 cal) + 10 grams of carbs (40 cal) that only leaves, on a 1900 cal diet, 1060 for fat, 118 grams, not enough. Even at 150 grams of protien, that is only 140 grams of fat. If you wish to stay in ketosis, you need to take in more total grams of fat than protien in a day. Also, 1900 cals is pretty low for 200 ibs, try upping the fat calories, cutting the protien back a bit, cutting down to only shake (get rid of the one with 6 grams of carbs). On 1900 cals, you are probably going to lose lbm and slow down your metabolism, regardless of which diet you use. Anyway, if you have lost 19 ibs in only 17 days, how in the hell can you tell if you have stopped losing fat????

For the constipation:

I bought a bag of flaxseeds, ground them up, and add them to my protein shakes, or drink them with water, whatever it takes. I'm staying pretty regular since then.

You can also buy some psyllium (metamucil)
