Best training journal?

I have been keeping a training journal for about six months now and I definately see the benifits but keeping one for nutrition, workouts, sleep, workout notes, ect. in one little K-mart notebook is really hard to keep organized if not immpossible. I gave up on all of it and just stuck with workouts and nutrition. Now where can I get a relly good journal that includes all of this and what is it called. Any help is appreciated.

I thnk Gold's Gym puts one out, but it's like 20 bucks or something, ridiculous IMO. I just use a notebook (although I don't keep a nutrition log, just training). You could do one online over at www.wannabebig.com. Might be easier as you could set up an outline and go from there.

I also use just a regular old notebook for training, but for everything else you could get an organizer that is not dated, and use bookmarkers to separate. That way you could just flip to the section that you want and it wiull all be in one place!

I just record the workout in a cheapo spiral notebook, then log it on an Excel spreadsheet along with diet info for day, supplements used, observations, etc. Before each workout I just call up the prior workout for the bodypart(s) I'm doing that day to check the weights I used last time. Also use an Excel spreadsheet to calculate my food for the day.

I used the Ironmind workout journal, its good for 1 year. Busy body also sales some training journals with places for exercises, food and supplements. Their journals are only good for 3 months.

dietlog for nutrition (www.healthetech.com)
set up a simple supp program and just remember to do it.
workout journal? is it that hard to remember weights?

hehehe. oh boy.:D the days of "memory" are gone i guess.
