This journey began several weeks ago at 302 lbs and roughly 25% BF.

Yes, I know...I was one Fatt Fugger...

I am now down to 268 lbs.

The Diet is as follows:

Meal 1- 50 grams whey, 1 cup oats, multivitamin
Meal 2- 1 small chicken breast, 1/2 cup cooked brwn rice
Meal 3- 2 small chicken breast, 5 small red potatoes
Meal 4- 50 grams whey
Meal 5- Post workout shake
Meal 6- chicken breast, green beans

I am cycling clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Tapering.

I have T3 and Var on hand but am waiting until the BF declines more.

Currently hitting about 45 minutes of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach.

Lean Mass seems to have stayed pretty constant so far. As a yard stick, I was benching 315 around 8 times when I started this program.

Now I am getting it 12 to 13 times.

I weighed 268 lbs after cardio this morning...not a good sign.

Definitely fell off the wagon yesterday when we had oriental food.
 
3 shakes is alot no? i would change meal 4 to whole foods or maybe meal 1. good luck man...keep us updated
 
One shake is my post workout drink...

The others are necessary because of my job.

Things are going well right now...not going to make any major changes.
 
looks almost exactly like my diet, but I use eggs instead of chicken for some meals. I'm consistently losing 2-3lbs a week.

keep it up bro, nice so far.

I am hoping I just didnt experience a set back...

I was spotting a guy tonight and when I set the wieght off on him...I felt a sharp pain in the tendon below my bicep. I couldnt lift hardly at all after that.

Injuries are so frustrating. Especially stupid ones.
