You look great, you made a big tranfornmation, for a guy getting ready to turn 44 I know it's not easy to make changes at our age, but it's not impossible. Keep training!

wow that is a great transformation you made, just keep with your diet it looks like it worked well for u and get on a standard training schedule.

Thanks everyone, I feel a whole lot better. As far as what I did I followed the Muscle fittness 90 day challenge they had. I couldn't compete because I was barley able to walk during the time of the contest but I set it aside and went for it after my knee healed enough.
I'm interested in anyone who got into lifting after 35. What kind of results can I get. What sups. would you recomend. I promised my wife no juice so thats out.

Hey man,

Really impressed with the work you did in that little time. Keep it up. As far as supps. I just wanted to put in my 2 cents that I've really had some good results with Methoxy-Pro and Isodyne. I was plateauing even after changing up my workout and once I got on Methoxy-Pro and Isodyne it helped me put on another 5 1/2 lbs. in about 5 weeks. So take that for what it's worth.

I don't have to work too hard at staying cut since the big G man upstairs blessed me with an insane metabolism. So I don't know too much about the Metabo-enhancing supp's. But I've always heard good things about Xenadrine. Good luck.
