I know it's really high in sodium but it's also high in protein and low in fat. I work in a gas station on the weekends, 10pm-6am and it's hard to get good nutrition cause I'm so busy all night. I have been grabbing bags of this stuff and munching on it all night. If I drink plenty of water is this ok or should I drop it? Also I was thinking that since it's almost deer season when I kill one this year I would cut a lot of it into small strips and try to make a low sodium jerky out of it? Anybody got any thoughts on or methods for a low-sodium jerky?
