barbell rows

can someone please tell me the correct form for barbell rows. some people use their knees locked and some bent, also i see some people with their back straight in a 90 degree angle while some i see diagonal in almost a 120 angle, what is teh correctg form?

Yup. Eyes forward, not down. Pull the weight up to your abdomen, no jerking.
 
I've seen some guys use underhand grips (palms facing up) when doing barbell rows. Any advantage to this? Or is this similar to the differences between chins and pullups?
 
I used to swear by underhand ez-bar rows pulling the bar to your waistline but after trying out overhand ez-bar rows with the same movement etc... theres not too much of a comparison. I can feel overhand rows 10x more in my rhomboids.. I guess everyone's different.

palm facing up will hit more of the bicep. So if you just stick to compound movements and don't do isolation then I would do palms up.
