Think I should see a doc? It's been quite the annoyance for like 2 weeks now. Some days I won't feel it much. Others it's a bitch all day. If anyone remembers from previous threads, I believe I did it movin kegs around at work (about 1.5-2 months ago) and I think I aggravated it deadlifting a couple weeks ago. This is really pissing me off. I can't get a good workout going. I've tried ice, and then, ibuprofen, motrin. But the pain keeps coming back. I hope nothing is seriously wrong ...

go see a physiotherapist, they can tell you whats up, if you need x-rays, help with recovery etc

chiro = waste of money imo.

re back

Go and get some active release done on your back, have them break up all the scar tissue if there is any.. If you can deadlift and it just gets aggravated I dont think it would be something really serious. If it was you prob wouldnt be able to do it all.. my .2 cents.. Hope you get better soon

Back problems suck! I hurt my back 2 years ago and found out I have some fucked up birth defect that will make me have pain for the rest of my life. That really sucks! Get it checked out. Let it heal or you will continue to aggrevate it. And phys therapy is expensive and doesn't help everyone. they will probably send you there anyway.

I go to the chioropractor once to every other week - my ins. co. pays 80% of the fee. My lower back seems to hurt alot from lifting so before it gets really bad, I get adjusted regularly. You can't believe how out of wack your back is and if your ins. co. pays most of it - why not take advantage. I would just hate for my back to be so bad that I couldn't work out. Messed up my physiatic (sp?) nerve once picking up a poland spring bottle of water wearing heals and couldn't work on legs for months - the pain was so bad. I would hate for that to happen again so I'd rather be safe, spend the 10.00 a visit, then be sorry. Just my 2 cents. :mix:

A Chiropractor on most occasions are as good to a human as a Holistic Car Mechanic is to a car.
