im tring to figure out if sence i dont carb up(skd) is the % of atkins as good as it should be. like ok i eat about 300g protien and almost 200g fat(right now i tried to increase carbs but its not working out). thats 1200 caloires from protein, and almost 1800 caloires fat. + less then 20g carbs. so im around 3000 caloires give or take and 60% fat, 40% protein. should i try to increase the fat to 70 and decrese protein to 30? or sence i do SKD that 60/40 is fine? i asking cause if i can get better results from increased fat then so be it. but if it doesnt really matter(cause SKD) then im ok. also is there anything supplement that would help me increase some of my strength? i know some of are u are gonna say a little post workout carbs but if im doing atkins thats a no no right?
