Anyone wanna critique my cutting diet?

Currently Im 6' trying to cut down to ~195. My diet follows:

6am(wakes up, yawns): bananna nut or blueberry muffin

9am: turkey sandwich on a wheat roll and 3 fish oil capsules

11am: usually leftovers from the night before such as chicken, lean beef, or lasagna. I'll have an orange, bananna or some other fruit after I eat lunch.

1pm: another turkey sandwich on a wheat roll OR protein shake(whatever Im in the mood for)

3pm: (preworkout) one cup of rolled oats w/milk. 15 mins later protein shake followed by semi heavy lifting for about 45 mins then 20 mins of HIIT 3 days a week.

4pm: (postworkout) protein shake

5pm: dinner, something like chicken stir fry, salmon, pork chops, etc. with vegetables such as broccoli, corn, peas, beans, and 3 fish oil capsules

7pm: I eat a snack such as a muffin with a glass of milk.

10pm: right before bed I'll eat a couple of scoops of peanut butter with milk.

Im trying to cut and sometimes I feel Im taking in too many calories. I try to keep it simple when dieting-Burn more calories than you take in. Im also scared by not taking in ENOUGH calories I'll lose hard earned muscle. So what do you think? Please feel free to critque. Thats why I posted it. Im open for any suggestions or changes.

you should have some kind of protein (whey is prob your best choice in the am)

cut out the lasagna and the fruit and add green veggies or some kind of good carb

corn is not a veggie....would not include it on your diet if your trying to cut

no good!! need lean protein!!
10pm: right before bed I'll eat a couple of scoops of peanut butter with milk.
cut out the milk and use all natural peanut butter

thanks for the comments jpt.

crossy you said to cut down on the carbs. You think I should eliminate my oats preworkout? I try and have a bowl of oats because I run HIIT after lifting.

JPT hit the nail on the head m8. Theres no reason to cut out the oats as stated there a good source of protein and carbs. I was more suggesting taking things like lasagna and the late muffin etc out of your diet and change them for something diffrent. Maybe change your morning muffin to oats or whey instead. IMO changing these things would meen changing the other things you eat. Me personally i wouldnt eat chicken sandwich at 9am. The chicken maybe but not the bread.

Totally agree here.
Especially the late night carbs.

I agree with all that has been said here. Also, I'd like to put more emphasis on the increased consumption of lean protein. If you drop the bad carbs (muffins, lasagna, etc.) like everyone recommends, you'll want to replace at least some of those calories with protein to ensure that you don't go catabolic too much while cutting.
