Any suggestions tips on my diet/training/cycle?

Overall lokks pretty good, but if you want some nitpicking, here you go. You seem to use cables/pulley sytems A LOT. First off I would switch pulldowns with weighted pullups. They are head over heals better than pulldowns. Chest-I like how you do inclines first, but I would get rid of the declines and follow that up with either flat db, or bb presses, and end with incline DB flys instead of cable flys. Biceps-I would ditch the cable curls for good old fashion bb cucrls(I believe the best overall mass exercise there is for biceps). Shoulders I would add some sort of side raises, maybe super set them with your rear flys. Triceps I would rather drop the 1 set of overhead pullovers, and the sets of one arm pulldowns for 3 sets of incline nose breakers.Legs-You already said that you don't like squats, but I would still add in some extensions and or leg curls to help with shapping. All and all looks pretty solid though.

Declines are the only BB workout that doesn't hurt my shoulder. And from what I understood they workout almost the same muscles as flat. Again, incline DB flies hurt my shoulders. Do you mean straight bar curls? those give me pain in my forearms. Can't do side raises, again they hurt my shoulder. Can you tell me what incline nose breakers are?

Nosebreakers=Skullcrushers=French Press=One of the best Tri exercises ever created
