Any On the Go Lean Meat Recipes?

Hey, does anybody know any recipes that could be made at night to take the next day that consists of lean meats such as chicken, lean beef, and fish like salmon, flounder, and tuna. I want to know some recipes because I want to replace shakes and nuts, cheese, and milk with real food that has meat and quality proteins. Maybe a website with recipes? Thank you.

I grill all my stuff the night before bro...so for chicken i just grill it, package it and take it to work the next day....im not sure what kind of recipes your looking for...when taking foods...the simpler the better...dont want to mess around to much with sauces and such

Yeah true. I am looking for something that is packed in one thing like a sandwich that is just one block of food and could be eaten from the hands. Also, what I meant was, different sandwiches and different ways of cooking the chicken or lean beaf. For example beef in a tortilla or a 100 percent lean beef hamburger, or grilled chicken wrap. What add ons/toppings could be put to give variety to your meals. It is just not interesting and too dull to grill a chicken breast put some buns on it to eat for the next day. Maybe cabbage stuffed with chicken or beef, just some recipes that give the chicken a different taste, look, and surrounding giving more appetite and feeling better after eating it, not becoming uncomftorably, unpleasantly filled.
