I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING THE 5X5 ON A 4 DAY SPLIT FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS WITH GREAT RESULTS. MY QUESTION IS WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK OF ME ADDING A 5TH DAY FOR FOREARM,CALVE AND AB WORK SINCE I A FREQUENTLY PRETTY EXHAUSTED BY END OF MY OTHER WORKOUTS. THANKS FOR THE HELP.
