Alright. Revised diet - please review (once again)

Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs (salt n pepper)
17oz water

Lunch: boneless chicken strips (4-5) with crushed pork rinds as breading
2-3 oz mozz cheese
17oz water

Snack: 2-3 oz mozz cheese -or-
sugar free jello -or-
2-3 tbsp of all natural peanut butter
17oz water

Workout session: 20-25 min. high intensity aerobic exercise (power 90)
3 sets of 10 reps of bicep curls
5 sets of 5 reps of pushups (outer, inner, middle)
2 sets of 10 reps of swimmers press (towards ceiling)

Dinner: Lean steak or chicken
2 cups broccoli or greenbeans
17oz water

No eating after 8:00pm. I take 3 pills of ThermoGain each day (GNC recommended it - suppose to burn fat and enforce muscle gain). I also take whey protein 20 minutes after my workout.

Alright. Please review the heck outa it.
 
I would also like to add that I would like to lose about 40 lbs in 14 weeks ... is this possible? Or no?
