Alright, almost done on a SF 5x5, lovin it, havin a great time, put on some serious muscle and got real strong. happy bout that. now it's time for the cut. below is my preposed diet.

8 am - 1 litre of water
9 am - Protein shake (110 cals, 22 g. protein, 1 g. carbs, 1.5g fat)
10 am - 2 tbsp ANPB (190 cals, 8g. protein, 6g. carbs w/ 3g. sugar, 16g. fat)
11 am - Protein shake
12 noon - 2 tbsp ANPB and 1 cup oats
1 pm - Protein shake
TRAIN
3 pm - Protein shake (with 50g dextrose/maltodextrin on lifting days)
4 pm - 4 tbsp ANPB
5 pm - Protein shake
6 pm - 2 tbsp ANPB
7 pm - Protein shake
8 pm - 2 tbsp ANPB
9 pm - Protein shake
10 pm - Sleep

All together thats 2210 cals (2410 on lifting days), 116g (45%) Fat, 212g (38%) Protein, and 97g (17%) Carbs (147g on lifting days). I'm good about drinking 6 litres of water a day, which i think is about 1.5 gallons.

I'm also planning on running clen and t3 through this. are there any suppliments other than a multivitamin that i should be taking with this plan?

Another question is, where does eveyone get their dextrose or maltodextrin. I remember hearing somewhere that gatorade powder would work, but i've not been able to find any, and the gatorade in stores just has glucose and fructose in it. not sure if the powder is different, but being in college budget is of great concern, hence all the ANPB. 1 dollar a day for that, and 1.40 a day for the protein shakes. love it.

thanks for any input.

That is a lot of protein shakes man. I noticed when I started to eat more real food than shakes my results improved dramatically.

You should replace at least half of those shakes/ANPB with whole foods. Even though you are cutting you still need the nutrients whole foods give you. Stick to plain chicken breasts and plain veggies. I think you would have better results.

I'd love to, but my big problem is time and money. If I were to add chicken to this i'd have somewhere around an extra 100 a month. It works out to about 20 cents per protein shake, and a little over 45 cents per serving of chicken. Every now and then when i do have the money i'll splurge on chicken, or my favorite, tuna. the big problem right now is money. this damn winter just picked up again, and i'm gonna be payin for it, bigtime.

If i had the money and could edit my diet a little, how would the following look:

8 am - 1 litre of water
9 am - Protein shake (110 cals, 22 g. protein, 1 g. carbs, 1.5g fat)
10 am - 2 tbsp ANPB (190 cals, 8g. protein, 6g. carbs w/ 3g. sugar, 16g. fat)
11 am - 1 cup oats
12 noon - 2 tbsp ANPB
1 pm - Protein shake
TRAIN
3 pm - Protein shake (with 50g dextrose/maltodextrin on lifting days)
5 pm - 2 tbsp ANPB
6 pm - 2 tbsp ANPB
7 pm - 2 tbsp ANPB
8 pm - 8 oz. chicken
9 pm - 8 oz. chicken
10 pm - Sleep

thats 2120 cals, 103g Fat (42%), 198g protein (37%), and 111g Carbs (21%).

Now that i do the math, and if i get the chicken on sale, it's gonna cost me ~$3.60 a day rather than ~$2.30. Thats an extra $40 bucks a month.
