About to start a BTG var cycle, how does this diet look?

I am 218 pounds, 5' 9'', and about 14%BF. I will be doing BTG var for 30mg/ED for 8 weeks. Basically looking to harden up a bit and shed some unwanted fat before i step into another cutting cycle in about 3 months.

Any suggestions??? Where should i incorporate the Flaxseed oil? should i add more carbs?? IS this enough protein? construtive critism is appreciated.....thanks guys.


Meal 1 - 6 egg whites

Meal 2 - 1 can of tuna/1 packet of oatmeal

Meal 3 - 4 chicken strips - 2 slices of wheat bread - 1 slice of cheese

Meal 4 - 1 can of tuna

Meal 5 - 1 turkey burger - 2 slices of wheat bread - 1 slice of cheese

Meal 6 - post workout shake(Protein/dextrose)

Meal 7 - 4 chicken strips/vegetables

protein = 220 grams
Carbs = 140carbs
Fat = 20grams of fat

I would like to add more protein becuase it comes out to about 220grams right now, which is about 1 gram per pound.

Food choices look decent. I would definitely increase calories to at least 2600...so yah, bump carbs (i.e., add some to meals 1 and 4) and fat slightly (ratios are good tho' so do it proportionately). Personally, I would add the flaxseed oil in my last meal, if only for the sake of slower digestion while you're sleeping.

During the end of your cutting cycle I'd play around with sodium and/or carb loading/depleting to chisel up. Good luck!
