i started a cycle 2.5 weeks ago of dbol 15mg/day for 1 month omna 250mg/every 5 days for 2 months.
-My nipples are starting to hurt and get hard more often. early sign of gyno?
-at the end of my dbol cycle im gonna have a few tabs left. should i bump it to 20mg for my last week or extend it a few days instead?
-when i lift lets say im doing arms and chest. how sould i break it up? like biceps tris chest biceps tris chest biceps... or biceps biceps biceps tris tris tris chest chest chest etc. to put it more simply should i do all excercises in one muscle group at a time or break them up?
