600 calories a day?

I have a cycle coming up and want to bump my diet up to 4-6 k calorie range? Impossible, i dont know? I figured that I could stick with instant mashed potatoes and pasta which i like and that only 3 meals need be liquid and 3 solid each at 1000 calories each, now that isnt too hard, is it?

ALSO as far as the liquid meals go, how can i do 1000 calories? I heard of soemthing callled wheat barley, is this healthier than dextrose which i know is just pure sugar?

Any suggestions to get my diet in high gear?
 
What are your stats now? 6000 calories is a ton bro, your probably going to look like that marshmellow man in Ghost Busters.....
 
6000 cals a day? I sure hope your protien is at least around 400g/day and you're one sick looking swole mofo. Also you better be training 2 hours a day, 6 days a week or you're gonna look like a fat piece of shit...unless your genetics are just incredible.
 
6000 is easily achievable, though its best to slowly increase cals to allow our digestive system to adapt.

you will need digestive aids like ginger root , pretty much regardless
 
Very possible.....but like it was stated....you'll get big, and not big muscular and then you'll have to work like a bastard to get that shit cut up. 4000 with 2 grams per body weight of protien and good carbs is a better solution.
