I've been doing a basic routine for two months with great enthusiasm and am ready to take it to the next level. I originally wanted to design a "four day - one rest - repeat" routine that would not keep me in the gym for more than 45/60 minutes. I ended up with this creation that should accomplish that time standard, yet over five days. After the fifth day I plan to take one day of rest and repeat the program:

Notice the toolbar on the bottom of the page. The "running" page is just there for my own tracking; I run for 2 - 4 miles whenever I feel like it (I've been running for two years).
