3 day split focusing traps/arms/chest

My back/lats/legs are super wide/big because i've done so many cycles of 5x5. My traps/arms/chest are really lacking due to lack of isolation. Anyone know any 3 day isolation splits that aren't all pussy shit and aren't 16 different exercises (HST)

what type of routine are you on now/planning of thinking of starting? Maybe you could add hang cleans. They're great for your traps and are a damn good lift- there aren't too many ways to hit traps directly besides shrugs, so you could add some of those. For biceps, weighted pullups are great as are curl variations. I think weighted dips can take you a long way as well if you haven't tried them.

Heavy benching
heavy narrow grip bench
heavy military press
heavy behind the neck press
Push presses
Heavy skull crushers
Cheat curls

These will all get you size and strength on your arms and chest

Isolations exercises are overrated
