2 x a week workouts?

I took about a 12 day break completely from training. I came back and have been training 2x per week, my legs one day and then rotating arms, back, shoulders every week with legs. I have been growing like mad and my lifts are going up. Anyone else have sucess with this? I am getting a ton of rest.

Kind of...

I did legs/shoulders one day, Back/Chest the other... seemed ok for a bit...

If it's working for now, keep at it, and once it doesn't... switch it up! :)
 
i've never really tried it but theres a guy at my gym who powerlifts he isnt that much of a physical specimen maybe 6'1" 190 or so but he lifts 2x a week for about 3-4 hours and he is strong as shit....talking 450 squats for reps....over 500 deadlift....and 350 + bench.......i guess it can work for ya is just what i am trying to say
