1st Cut, Need a tiny bit of help

Hi all,

I am about to cut for the first time (ever).

ATM, I weigh 186.5lb. My BMR is 2760 cals. I don't know my exact bodyfat (I will be getting calipers next week), I'd assume it is around 17%. I used to be lower, but I got fat over the past 2 weeks.

Questions I have:
I base my protien intake off of LBM right, instead of total BW?

I want to keep fats at ~20% of cals, b/c I gain fat easily.

Does that mean the rest (1089 cals - 273g) will be carbs?

The breakdown appears to be 273g carbs, 61g fats, 281g protien.
I lift 3x a week, I plan to do low intensity cardio on the off days (~30 min)
