hey
I was thinking about diets and cardio and was wondering if it's possible to lose 15% bodyfat in 3 months? what kind of diet would need to be used? and how much cardio? i was thinking maybe something like 50/30/20 protein/carbs/fat and around 40mins cardio 4 days a week upon waking up. I'm a naturally big guy at the moment im 6'2, 270lb and around 25 - 30% bodyfat, been training for 5 years and done 2 cycles a winny only and a clen/t3 one. I'd like to try and diet without gear but am not sure if my goals are abtainable without it? I hope this is in the right place and easy to read.
thanks for the help

Well, body fat percentages are based on different people and their sizes..obviously someone at 35% body fat would have a much easier time doing this then someone at say 22%..

In your case, being 270lbs, this would be difficult. If you do the math (basic .15*270=40) you can see that you would have to lose about 3.2lbs per week of fat.

That is certainly possible, but as a rule of thumb I would try to not lose more than 2lbs per week to ensure that you are not losing to much muscle mass..

just my 2 cents, hope it made sense even though its worded shittily

^^^ That's about all we can tell you. Nobody can fortcast or speculate what might happen... all you can do is go for it and take action.

Best wishes... and if you don't do it in 3 months... keep at it :)
