Well the other I went to the pharmacy and saw an amazing deal on a bucket of Sports One 100% Egg protein. Now I'll be honest, I've never used 100% egg, only Whey and whey & Egg. I still have some doubts. Some guys I know swear its crap. Your toughts ?
Egg protein is about the best protein out there. The draw back is it is not easily mixed in water. But mixing whey and egg is a good home made MRP. Don't use egg for post/recover shake. The absorbtion is too slow (this is why egg a good MRP).
Just boil 6 Real Eggs for 1 min, then remove yolk and mix in a blender some ice, 4 oreos, and a banana. Makes a great protein shake. Real eggs cost $2.29 for 18 at a grocery store.
