Pulled 4 wheels today, new PR. I've been normally working at around 365ish during my DC workout. Today i felt reasonably fresh at the end of my upperbody workout and decided this would be the day i would try. On this day floor deadlifts is the last exercise (Incline bench, Seated OHP, Dips elbows in, close grip pullups) so i'm kinda curious ho much i could do at the beginning of a workout.
135 x 10
225 x 4
315 x 2
405 x 1 PR
425 x miss (got it a foot off the floor)
Hips, hams, glutes are strong, back needs to catch up but rack deadlifts are greatly increasing strength.
Now if i could just reach the other 2 goals
4 wheel squat and bench (bench most likely impossible this summer, last time i put heavy weights up on bench was a 305 x 5)
I know my leg strength is enough to power up the 405, but my core is way too weak to hold it stable.
At least i know where to attack.
